About the Role
As an Aviation Lawyer at Wadkins Associates, you will provide strategic legal counsel on a broad range of aviation-related matters. Based on-site in the US, you will partner with a collaborative team of professionals, manage complex cross-border transactions, and build lasting client relationships while developing a rewarding long-term career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on aviation transactions, including aircraft financing, leasing, acquisitions, and sales.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related commercial documentation.
- Guide clients through regulatory and compliance requirements affecting the aviation industry.
- Support and structure complex, cross-border matters from inception through completion.
- Conduct legal research and deliver clear, practical recommendations to clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
Qualifications
- Qualified attorney admitted to practice law in the United States.
- Demonstrated experience in aviation law or closely related fields such as asset finance, transactional, or regulatory practice.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
- Comfort managing intricate, cross-border legal matters within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuinely collaborative, client-focused approach.
- Ability to work on-site in the US in a full-time capacity.
