About the Role

As Assistant Principal at Confluence Academy, you will partner closely with the Principal to guide the academic program and keep our school running smoothly. This full-time, on-site position in Saint Louis places you at the center of instructional leadership, staff support, and the coordination of school-wide programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Principal in leading and administering the school's academic and operational programs.
• Oversee and direct designated programs, activities, and services at the school site.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide assigned staff members to help them perform at their best.
• Coordinate school events and activities while resolving issues as they arise.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource, sharing information and guidance with staff, students, and families.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in school administration or educational leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities at once.
• Proven ability to supervise, support, and develop a team of staff.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A genuine commitment to student achievement and a positive school culture.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County.
