Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions, locating items, and offering a helpful, courteous experience.
• Keep work areas, coolers, and sales floors tidy, organized, and safe for shoppers and teammates.
• Support the broader team during busy periods and help with other store tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a full-time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable lifting, standing, and moving throughout a fast-paced shift.
• A customer-first attitude and a willingness to learn department and food-safety procedures.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail, grocery, or fresh-food experience is a plus but not required — Walmart provides training.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $14 to $27 per hour. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply in certain circumstances based on factors such as schedule and facility.
