Key Responsibilities
- Manage every facet of special scholarship programs, including athletics and partnership-driven awards
- Coordinate program operations to ensure accurate and timely administration of financial aid offerings
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support scholarship delivery
- Maintain compliance with institutional policies and program guidelines
- Track program performance and support continuous improvement of scholarship processes
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in program or project management, ideally within higher education or financial aid
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities for working with diverse stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in administering scholarship funds
- Ability to work full-time on-site during standard business hours
