Mercor is seeking a Management Consulting SME – Strategy with 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a top-tier firm to guide research teams, create annotation standards, and develop rubrics for AI model performance improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of dedicated professional experience in Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy at a recognized, top-tier firm
- Demonstrable career progression (e.g., Analyst → Consultant → Engagement Manager or Partner-track equivalent)
- Deep expertise in a core consulting practice—strategy, operations, M&A, digital transformation, or financial advisory
- Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
