About the Role
As the HR Business Partner US at HITEC Power Protection, you will serve as a trusted advisor who bridges human resources priorities with the company's commercial objectives. Based on-site in Houston, Harris County, you will collaborate closely with leadership to design and roll out people-focused policies and programs built around the specific demands of our US division.
Key Responsibilities
- Align HR strategy and day-to-day practices with the goals of HITEC Power Protection's US business.
- Work hand-in-hand with managers to craft and put in place practical HR policies and initiatives.
- Advise leaders and teams on employee relations matters and help resolve workplace concerns.
- Support performance management processes that encourage growth and accountability.
- Tailor HR solutions to fit the distinct needs of US operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable human resources role.
- Strong grounding in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
- Confident partnering with managers and stakeholders across a US-based organization.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Houston, Harris County.
