Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture lasting customer relationships by understanding each person's financial needs and goals.
- Recommend appropriate accounts, products, and services that support customers' short- and long-term plans.
- Process transactions accurately and resolve account questions with care and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement and refer clients to specialized banking partners when needed.
- Uphold banking regulations, security standards, and PNC's commitment to ethical service.
- Contribute to a collaborative branch team focused on shared goals and outstanding service.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Comfort identifying customer needs and matching them to relevant banking products.
