Telemedicine Physician

About the Role

As a Telemedicine Physician with QuickMD, you'll provide remote-style clinical care through our established virtual platform while based out of our Edgewater, Jefferson County operation. You'll connect with patients across the country, focusing on evidence-based treatment in addiction care, weight management, and general telehealth. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations and deliver thorough, individualized clinical assessments
• Diagnose conditions and create treatment plans, with an emphasis on addiction medicine, weight management, and everyday telehealth needs
• Prescribe medications and coordinate follow-up care in line with applicable state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within QuickMD's telemedicine systems
• Partner with the broader clinical team to ensure safe, consistent, patient-centered care
• Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics, confidentiality, and quality

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) in good standing
• Clinical experience relevant to addiction care, weight management, or general primary/telehealth services
• Comfort practicing within a telemedicine model and using digital health tools
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient access and outcomes
• Ability to work full-time from the Edgewater, Jefferson County location
