About the Role
As a Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, working hand in hand with Financial Advisors (FAs), Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs), and broader advisory teams. This US-based, on-site position centers on a client-first philosophy, where each interaction is an opportunity to earn confidence and strengthen long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, attentive service to clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Support Financial Advisors, Private Wealth Advisors, and their teams across daily operational and client needs.
- Engage with clients regularly to nurture trust and build dependable, lasting relationships.
- Champion a client-first approach in every conversation and task.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine focus on the client experience.
- The appropriate licensing/registration required for a registered service role.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to support advisors and teams effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to professional, responsive service.
