About the Role

As the Supervisor, Collections US and Canada, you will guide a dedicated collections team responsible for managing receivables and credit relationships across two key markets. Based in Tulsa, Tulsa County, this is a hands-on leadership position where your judgment, coaching, and process discipline directly support Ingredion's cash flow and customer partnerships throughout the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily collections activity across the US and Canada, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of collections professionals, setting clear goals and tracking performance.
• Partner with credit, sales, and finance colleagues to resolve disputes and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor aging reports, identify risk, and drive consistent improvement in collection metrics.
• Strengthen and standardize collections procedures to support efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable, ideally within a multi-region or North American context.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capability, with a talent for motivating and developing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with aging reports and collection performance data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Tulsa, Tulsa County.
