Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and analyze potential acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships aligned with UKG's long-term objectives.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to guide executive decision-making.
• Support transactions across the deal lifecycle, from initial screening and due diligence through negotiation and integration planning.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, product, and leadership teams to assess strategic and financial fit.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform UKG's corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a comparable transaction-focused field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and the drive to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Providence, Providence County.
