Fiduciary Advisor II

Busey Bank is seeking an experienced Fiduciary Advisor II to join its Wealth Management team in Glenview, Cook County, overseeing the day-to-day stewardship of fiduciary accounts and the clients who depend on them.

About the Role

As a Fiduciary Advisor II at Busey Bank, you will administer fiduciary accounts in situations where Busey serves as trustee, executor, administrator, conservator, guardian, or agent. Working on behalf of Busey Wealth Management clients, you will guide each relationship so that client goals are achieved in a manner that aligns with the governing documents and sound fiduciary administration practices. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Glenview, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer a portfolio of fiduciary accounts across roles including trustee, executor, administrator, conservator, guardian, and agent.
• Cultivate and maintain trusted fiduciary relationships with Busey Wealth Management clients.
• Ensure that account activity and decisions remain faithful to each client's objectives and the terms of the governing documents.
• Apply established fiduciary administration standards and policies to every relationship under your care.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to deliver accurate, compliant, and responsive account servicing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience administering trust, estate, or other fiduciary accounts.
• Strong working knowledge of fiduciary duties, governing documents, and relevant administrative practices.
• Excellent relationship-management and client-service skills, with attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to interpret legal and account documents and translate them into appropriate fiduciary action.
• Sound judgment and a commitment to acting in clients' best interests at all times.
