Technical Trainer

About the Role

As the Technical Trainer at Penn Power Group, you will design and deliver technical education across a range of formats, including classroom sessions, onsite instruction, and live webinars. Working from West Deptford, Gloucester County, you will own the full training lifecycle, from building curriculum to overseeing how programs are rolled out and continually improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to field technicians and customers using classroom, onsite, webinar, and other presentation approaches.
• Develop training modules, course content, and supporting materials tailored to technical audiences.
• Oversee the day-to-day administration of the training program and maintain quality across every session.
• Identify emerging learning needs and create new training initiatives to close skill gaps.
• Update and refine existing course material to keep instruction current and effective.

Qualifications
