Maintenance Supervisor

Continental Realty is hiring a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to lead the service operations at The Bluestone Apartments, a 360-home residential community in Bluffton, Beaufort County, South Carolina.

About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor (Service Manager) for The Bluestone Apartments in Bluffton, SC, you'll be the trusted point person who keeps 360 apartment homes running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership position where your technical know-how, problem-solving, and team direction directly shape the resident experience and the long-term condition of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for the maintenance and service operations across 360 apartment homes.
• Serve as the go-to resource for residents and team members on service requests, repairs, and property upkeep.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, turnovers, and the timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinate on-call coverage and respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise.
• Support the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance, with the technical skills to diagnose and resolve a wide range of issues.
• Leadership ability to guide and motivate a service team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a resident-focused mindset.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
