Electrical Engineer

Medline Industries, LP is hiring a full-time Electrical Engineer in Lithia Springs, Douglas County, to support and advance the automated production systems that keep our high-speed manufacturing operations running.

About the Role

As an Electrical Engineer based on-site in Lithia Springs, you will play a central part in sustaining, troubleshooting, and improving the industrial automation and electrical infrastructure behind our fast-paced manufacturing lines. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a hands-on production environment and enjoys turning complex control challenges into reliable, efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and debug control logic across Siemens S7 and Allen-Bradley PLC platforms.
• Work with HMI and SCADA interfaces to enable real-time monitoring and operational visibility of equipment.
• Maintain, optimize, and continuously improve electrical and automation systems supporting high-speed manufacturing.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and sustain throughput.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a high-speed manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on proficiency programming and troubleshooting Siemens S7 and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• Working knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems and industrial automation principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to support electrical systems in a production environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lithia Springs, Douglas County (this is not a remote role).
