About the Role
As a GTM / RevOps Engineer at Adapt API, you'll sit at the intersection of go-to-market execution and revenue operations, designing the systems that let our team sell, onboard, and scale efficiently. This is an on-site position based in San Francisco, ideal for a builder who thrives on turning manual, fragmented workflows into automated, data-driven engines — exactly the kind of transformation Adapt API delivers to the insurance industry itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the tooling, integrations, and automations that power our go-to-market motion across sales and revenue teams.
- Build clean, reliable data pipelines and reporting so leadership can act on accurate revenue and pipeline insights.
- Streamline lead routing, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle processes to remove friction and manual effort.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and product to translate strategy into scalable operational systems.
- Identify bottlenecks in the revenue funnel and engineer practical, lasting solutions.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in revenue operations, go-to-market engineering, or a closely related systems-focused role.
- Comfort working with CRM platforms, automation tools, APIs, and data integrations.
- A bias toward building and automating rather than managing processes by hand.
- Strong analytical instincts and the ability to turn messy inputs into clear, actionable systems.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in San Francisco, California.
