We are looking for a Product Solutions Consultant to join our gTech Ads team. The role involves providing high-quality customer support and solutioning, managing troubleshooting tasks, and proactively detecting and resolving issues. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field
- Experience in business analysis, account/campaign management, technical troubleshooting, or customer support
- Knowledge of Google Ads products
- Ability to own end-to-end experience and solutions
