About the Role

As a Pool Server with Hyatt, you will deliver memorable food and beverage experiences to guests relaxing at one of Greater Palm Springs' premier resort destinations. Working on a part-time, on-call basis, you will be the welcoming face of our pool and outdoor dining experience, ensuring every guest enjoys attentive, polished service in a sun-soaked setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet pool and patio guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly to guests poolside.
• Share knowledge of menu offerings, including selections from our Celebrity Chef Angelo Sosa dining concepts.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas in line with resort standards.
• Process payments and handle guest transactions with accuracy and care.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and fellow Food & Beverage colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods in an outdoor pool environment.
• Flexibility to work an on-call, part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous food and beverage or server experience is an asset, though enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are valued.
