About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional with Willows Way, you'll provide hands-on, person-centered care to IDD clients in a home setting across Saint Charles County and the surrounding St. Louis area. No prior experience is needed — paid training is provided, so we welcome candidates who bring a caring attitude and a willingness to learn. This is an on-site, in-home position offering both full-time and part-time shifts to fit your schedule. The role pays $21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, daily support to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities within their homes.
