About the Role

This full-time HVAC Selling Technician position is based in Willingboro, NJ, with Fante's Home Services, a respected residential provider of heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical solutions and part of the Apex Service Partners family. The role blends hands-on technical work with consultative selling, so you'll diagnose systems while guiding customers toward confident, well-informed decisions about their home comfort. An eligible sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, and repair residential HVAC equipment in customers' homes across the Willingboro and Burlington County area.
• Pinpoint system issues and clearly explain findings, options, and recommended solutions to homeowners.
• Present upgrade, replacement, and service opportunities that match each customer's needs and budget.
• Deliver friendly, professional, customer-first service on every visit.
• Document work accurately and maintain a clean, safe job site.

Qualifications
