Princeton Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our residential community in Inkster, Wayne County. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in well-run properties and satisfied residents.
About the Role
As a Property Manager with Princeton Management, you will oversee the people, processes, and physical condition that keep a community running smoothly. You'll set the tone for an excellent resident experience while protecting the long-term value and integrity of the property. The position is based on-site in Inkster, Wayne County, and is not a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate on-site staff to perform at a consistently high standard.
- Cultivate positive resident relations and respond promptly to tenant needs and concerns.
- Maintain the condition and integrity of the property, coordinating upkeep and repairs as needed.
- Foster a comfortable, well-managed living environment for every tenant.
- Direct daily operations and guide team members toward shared community goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a talent for directing and inspiring a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with staff and residents.
- A self-motivated, professional approach to managing competing priorities.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Inkster, Wayne County.
