Senior Applications Administrator

Outreach, a complete agentic AI platform for revenue teams, is seeking a Senior Applications Administrator to oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of its billing, cash application, and pricing catalogue stack. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and secure application operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Applications Administrator or in a similar role
• Extensive hands-on experience with billing platforms, pricing catalogues, and cash application
• Familiarity with the quote-to-cash process, including invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition
• Proven track record of supporting, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex software
• Strong knowledge of application workflows, identity management, and administrative UIs
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, authentication protocols, and integration processes
• Some basic understanding of scripting languages (SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Apex) are a bonus but not required
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior staff and promote best practices
