Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Agent providing excellent customer service to Hungarian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software
