As a core member of Rain‘s Internal AI team, the AI Operations Lead will help build leverage and become AI-native. The role sits at the intersection between building and enablement, working across teams to fix bottlenecks with AI agents, apps, and workflows and empower those teams with the capabilities to do the same.
Requirements
- Proactively audit workflows across teams to identify the highest-impact automation and AI opportunities
- Design and deploy AI-powered agents, apps, and workflows using a mix of code/no-code tools
- Partner with teams to build an AI-first culture
- Define success metrics for every initiative and track performance
