- Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with recruitment systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
