Miratech is a global IT services and consulting company looking for a Delivery Process Coordinator to act as the process ambassador and data quality owner for a large-scale network consolidation program at a US-based Tier-2 Telco. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO Support, ITSM, or Scrum Mastering within IT or infrastructure programs, strong Jira user skills, high emotional intelligence, and exceptional attention to detail.
Requirements
- Act as the quality checker for the Jira workflow
- Routinely audit tickets to ensure all mandatory fields are filled out correctly
- Proactively monitor the pipeline for incomplete tickets
- Support the Migration Lead by executing the administrative side of release batching in Jira
- Ensure every executed technical change is linked to corresponding assets in the external CMDB
- Assist the Project Manager with internal administrative tasks
