Mercor is seeking a Career Coach to build long-horizon career and study tasks, develop interview prep materials, and construct study plans. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in career coaching, resume writing, or similar, and expertise in ATS-optimized resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview prep frameworks.
Requirements
- 3+ years in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, instructional design, or similar.
- Expertise in ATS-optimized resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep frameworks (STAR, CARL), study plan construction, or major standardized exam prep.
- Comfortable with creating and reading career/learning artifacts: tailored resumes, interview prep packets, study plans, content summaries.
- Clear written communication skills to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
