Expedock is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to help elevate the brand presence, grow the online community, drive conversions, and support the day-to-day running of the ecommerce business. The role involves creating engaging social media content, scheduling and publishing content, managing new product uploads, and assisting with customer service enquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Experienced
- Portfolio of social media work
- Strong English written communication and copywriting skills
- Previous ecommerce marketing experience
- Experience managing social media for a brand
- Experience creating Reels and short-form video content
- Ability to use, learn and adapt with AI
- Strong Canva or similar skills
