Requirements
- Experience in client success, project coordination, account coordination, or operations in an agency or service-based business
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once
- Familiarity with SEO concepts, reporting, and performance metrics
- Comfortable using Asana or similar project management tools
- Able to communicate calmly, set boundaries, and guide clients with confidence
- Availability for weekday overlap with Eastern Time business hours
- Interest in mental health or private practice businesses is a plus
