Goldsky is hiring a Growth Engineer to build internal tools, AI-powered workflows, and customer-facing experiences that compound how fast Goldsky grows. The role involves building automations, experiences, and tools to replace manual work and drive growth. The ideal candidate is an engineer who has built things end to end, has shipped with LLMs and AI tooling in production, and is commercially curious.

Requirements

  • Build AI-powered internal tools that compress the work of the GTM team
  • Build customer-facing growth surfaces
  • Ship marketing engineering
  • Partner with sales engineering and solutions to automate parts of the customer evaluation journey
  • Instrument and learn to know which tools and surfaces are actually driving growth
  • Be the AI specialist for GTM
