We are looking for a Finance Director to lead financial operations in Ecuador, acting as a strategic partner to leadership and shaping the financial direction of the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 4 to 6+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, with increasing responsibility
- Strong knowledge of Ecuadorian accounting and tax regulations
- U.S. GAAP (working knowledge required)
- Experience managing multi-entity or international financial operations
- Proven experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis (FP&A)
