As a Senior Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for complex, strategically relevant customer projects and will actively shape the further development of our agency. You will work closely with customers, project participants, and our management team – always with a clear quality claim, true ownership, and our „Still Day One“ mentality.

Requirements

  • Strategic management of large or complex customer accounts with a focus on Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and potentially DSP
  • Development and implementation of cross-channel campaign strategies to achieve defined KPIs (TACoS, ROAS, revenue, brand awareness)
  • Independent budget and forecast planning, including seasonal performance control
  • Creation and presentation of quarterly or annual strategies (roadmaps, performance forecasts, recommendations)
  • Technical sparring and coaching of Advertising Specialists and Junior Managers
  • Active participation in internal processes, quality standards, and scaling strategies
  • Close cooperation with Team Leads, Management, and other departments (Content, Creative, Project Management)
  • Identification of new levers, formats, and tests for continuous performance optimization
