Cyber Security Architect / Security Solutions Architect (CSA)

KalSoft is seeking a Cyber Security Architect / Security Solutions Architect (CSA) with strong experience in enterprise security architecture to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in security governance, risk management, and identity & access management within enterprise or regulated environments.

Requirements

• Design and implement enterprise security architecture and governance frameworks
• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across IT systems
• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and privileged access controls
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and remediation planning
• Support cloud and infrastructure security design across Azure and hybrid environments
• Ensure compliance with security regulations, audits, and industry standards
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and DevOps teams to integrate security into solutions
• Provide security guidance during solution design, implementation, and deployment
• Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive security improvements
• Support incident response and security investigation activities when required
