Zippy is a company that focuses on making getting a loan for a manufactured home simple, fast, and fully online. The Senior Post Close Operations Specialist role is responsible for managing activities after loan closing through funding, investor delivery, and loan sale.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in mortgage operations, post-close, capital markets, or similar role
- Experience with loan sales, warehouse lending or investor delivery
- Strong understanding of loan life cycle from closing to sale and investor requirements/document standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple loans/deadlines simultaneously and troubleshoot complex operational issues
- Comfortable in an uncertain, fast-paced environment that will evolve as our technology and business scales
- High attention to detail and process oriented
- Proactive and autonomous worker
- Collaborative and innovative with a strong desire for the entire team to win together
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
- Proficient in technology and changing environments
- Undergraduate degree or extended relevant work experience
