Mercor is seeking a Senior Accountant to develop long-horizon accounting tasks and design close processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a staff or senior accountant and expertise in reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany accounting on major ERPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years as a staff or senior accountant
- Expertise in reconciliations, accruals, intercompany, fixed assets, AP/AR on major ERPs like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Intacct
- Clear written communication skills for encoding reasoning into deterministic rubrics
