Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience
- Proficiency in Go (preferred) or Python / Java / TypeScript (with willingness to learn Go)
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure)
- Strong communication + ownership mindset
