Flock is hiring a Director of Product Management to provide focused leadership across Implementation, Delivery, Customer, and Supportability product lanes. The role involves driving a cohesive end-to-end Operations product vision, strengthening cross-functional decision making, and increasing operational leverage through better workflow design, automation, and practical AI adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including direct management of Product Managers.
- Strong track record owning internal tools, operational systems, or technical platform products.
- Demonstrated success redesigning workflows or automating processes to improve scale, efficiency, or quality.
- Executive stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior cross-functional partners.
- Strong product judgment and decision-making ability in ambiguous, high-dependency environments.
