Mercor is looking for a Lead Technical Support Engineer to respond to support requests from their talent pool, triage and investigate issues, and build talent-facing documentation. The ideal candidate has experience debugging web applications and using a support platform like Zendesk or Intercom.
Requirements
- Ability to debug web applications
- Experience building modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js, etc.)
- Experience using a support platform like Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Crisp
