Job Title: Construction Superintendent. Manage on-site construction activities, oversee project documentation, implement safety protocols, and lead construction teams. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Requirements
- 5 years of general construction experience
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Proficient in construction processes
