Solar Provider Group is seeking a Legal Counsel, Real Estate and Development to support the Company’s U.S. development platform, with a primary focus on title, survey, curative, project closings, and related real estate matters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience, with significant experience in U.S. commercial real estate, U.S. real estate finance, or U.S. project development.
- Law degree and licensed to practice law in the United States.
- Strong grounding in U.S. real estate fundamentals, including title review, survey review, easements, access issues, and real estate diligence.
