We are seeking a Personal Productivity / Life Admin Expert to join our team. The role involves developing life-admin tasks, building scenarios for inbox and commitments, designing scheduling tasks, and creating information organization scenarios. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email management, calendar operations, and project trackers, and will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years as an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar high-context support role
- Expertise in Gmail, Outlook, Superhuman, Notion, Apple Notes, Evernote, iCloud, Google Photos
- Comfortable with life-admin artifacts like triaged inboxes and commitment trackers
- Clear written communication and ability to encode reasoning into deterministic rubrics
