National Mortgage Staffing
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor with a strong background in specialty lending to support a growing operations team.
Requirements
- Experience as a mortgage processor in a broker or non-delegated environment
- Strong background in purchase transactions
- Experience working with investor portals such as UWM, Rocket, or similar
- Knowledge of VA, FHA, and Conventional loan products
- Strong income calculation and loan structuring skills
- Experience using Arive LOS
- Ability to manage multiple files and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including handling escalations
