Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Functional Support role within IT environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with development teams throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Good knowledge of SQL and ability to analyze and manipulate data
- Interest and motivation to develop knowledge in KYC (Know Your Customer) business processes within the banking/financial sector
- Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence (Plus)
- Previous experience in Banking, Financial Services, KYC, or Compliance domains (Plus)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (B2)
- Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon
