Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience leading marketing teams in a startup environment
- Health & wellness companies or healthtech experience a huge plus
- Strong analytical and creative background
- Comfort working with data platforms, automation tools, and emerging AI solutions
- Experience partnering with Product and Client Success teams
- Familiarity with healthcare or wellness brands
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
