Mercor is seeking a Certified Public Accountant for a contract position to develop long-horizon accounting tasks and create transactional accounting scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3+ years as a staff or senior accountant.
- Expertise in reconciliations, accruals, intercompany, fixed assets, AP/AR on major ERPs like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Intacct.
- Ability to read and produce accounting artifacts like JE packages, reconciliations, and trial balances.
- Clear written communication skills for encoding reasoning into deterministic rubrics.
