Perle is hiring expert Persian transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into precise, conventionally formatted written transcripts. The work powers speech recognition, dialogue, and evaluation systems for major AI labs.
Requirements
- Native fluency in Iranian Persian with lifelong residence or deep immersion in Iran
- High accuracy reading and writing in Perso-Arabic script
- Ability to distinguish Iranian Persian from Dari and Tajik in mixed audio
- Familiarity with Arabic loanword conventions and Persian colloquial speech
- At least two years of professional transcription, captioning, court reporting, broadcast, translation, or linguistic annotation experience
