We are seeking a Guest Coordinator to join our remote team. The role is responsible for coordinating holiday properties, managing guest communication, and providing ongoing support to property owners. The successful candidate will have experience with booking platforms and strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience with booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com
- Real estate or property management experience (preferred but not essential)
- Canva skills, including document layout and design (preferred but not essential)
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Solutions-focused mindset with ability to take initiative
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
