- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Confident and comfortable in receiving inbound and/or making outbound calls and in responding to emails
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to focus on specific information and to identify issues and errors
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
- Reliable wired/wireless internet connection with minimum of 10MBPS
