Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency hiring a high-level Graphic Designer with a focus on AI-driven creative workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience using AI tools for design, prompt engineering, and refinement of assets using professional tools.
Requirements
- Generate high-quality visual concepts using AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, and others)
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to control output quality, style, and consistency
- Design creatives that align with a clean, modern biotech aesthetic
- Contribute to both creative direction and execution
- Collaborate internally to iterate on concepts and improve output quality
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and continuously improve workflows
- Refine and elevate AI-generated assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma
- Strong experience with Adobe Suite, Figma, Gemini, and Claude
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
