Miratech
Miratech is a global IT services and consulting company seeking a Full Stack Developer to build a configurable, UI-driven self-service platform for contact center operations on top of Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java and microservices, along with working knowledge of frontend technologies to support UI-driven workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, Docker
- Understanding of config-driven systems or platforms where business users control workflows is a plus
- Exposure to contact center platforms, IVR systems, or tools like Amazon Connect is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
